Menders, Torrey and Spencer, Inc. is an award-winning architectural and planning firm specializing in the design and rehabilitation of institutional and commercial structures, historic properties, civic buildings, religious edifices, and single family and multi-unit residences. 2009 is the thirtieth year of our architectural practice. For the last two decades, the focus of our work has been the reuse of existing buildings and the sensitive introduction of updated infrastructure and expanded space utilization.
