East Cambridge Savings Bank
East Cambridge Savings Bank Is a long-standing Cambridge banking institution that built its reputation on customer service and a commitment to community banking at every location. Menders, Torrey & Spencer has participated in numerous projects with the bank including new and renovated branch banking facilities in Arlington, Waltham and Somerville; renovations to mixed commercial and residential properties owned by the bank in Cambridge; and a three-phase renovation of the bank's executive offices, customer service facilities and corporate training headquarters.
In each instance, we worked closely with the bank's board of directors, president and staff to identify expansion sites and define renovation programs; perform feasibility planning; conduct zoning and building code review; author the project program, budget, and calendar; and finally, design and execute each project. Together with the bank, we share pride in the successful completion of each project.
